Keller Williams (KW) Honolulu President, Principal Broker, and Team Leader Chad Shimabukuro is featured in Honolulu Real Producers Magazine’s July publication. Real Producers is an organization that brings together top real estate agents in the community, inviting them to exclusive invite-only social events, introducing them to the best vendors in the industry, and publishing a magazine for and about other high-performing agents.
Published by Chris Wirsing, the monthly publication highlights top-performing agents who share their inspirational stories, real estate tips, and best practices throughout their careers. The magazine also features top affiliates and partners in the real estate industry and advertises the services they provide.
Their July issue featured Shimabukuro in an article written by Chris Menezes which talks about his struggles early on in his life, such as growing up in two divorced households, being homeless, and battling depression. He also noted that the person he is today and the successes he enjoys are a byproduct of these hardships. Shimabukuro, who is not only a successful real estate broker but also was a basketball player and professional dancer, also talked about his passion for helping real estate agents succeed in the industry.
The magazine also featured other top agents such as Erica Yoon and Bryn Kaufman, the cover of the July issue. Aside from that, real estate affiliates and partners can also be found which agents can use for reference if they need such services.
