Keller Williams Realty (KWR) Northern California and Hawaii Region has recently released its top performers, which includes The Feliciano Group of Keller Williams Honolulu. They were recognized as the Top 5 performing team in the region for June 2022 based on Closed Units, besting other teams in 34 market centers with more than 6,000 agents. With eight (8) closed units worth $2.5 Million in total, they were the only team from Hawaii’s three market centers recognized in the monthly meeting.
The Feliciano Group is led by Shannon TKS Feliciano Jr., a realtor associate with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. Working alongside him is Molly Holt, who also has her own breadth of experiences and expertise. The Honolulu-based team specializes in properties at Kapolei, Makakilo, Ewa, Ewa Beach, and surrounding areas. Recently, they have started to extend their services to Big Island as well.
